For community organizations
Workshops are free. We bring the volunteers and the feature checklist; you bring a room and the people you serve.
Enable Me Now services are intended to help people who would benefit the most from accessibility options on their phones. If your organization works with clients that you think we can help, then please get in touch. We’d love to see how we can help.
Workshops are free. Participants bring their own phones and leave with them set up the way they want.

Common questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. Enable Me Now is a volunteer program and workshops are free to your organization and to the people who attend.
What happens at a workshop?
We hand out a list of things people can do on their phones and everyone picks what they want help with. Two or more volunteers run each session, so people break into small groups and work on their own phones. Workshops usually run an hour and a half to two hours, and most people arrive with a question of their own.
What do you need from us?
A room with tables, and for you to tell your members it is happening. Promoting it to the people you serve is the part we cannot do from outside, and it is what decides whether anyone turns up. We do not need much lead time.
How many people can attend?
Eight to twelve works well. Two or more volunteers run each session, so people break into small groups, and at that size everyone can hear what is being explained nearby. People pick a lot up from listening in and end up helping each other, which is why the group format works better than one-to-one appointments.
Do you help Android users?
No. Our workshops cover iPhone only. If the people you serve mostly use Android phones, we are not the right fit for them.
